Retatrutide clinical trials
Clinical trials are one of only two legitimate ways to access retatrutide today (the other is Lilly's physician-requested expanded access program). This page lists every registered retatrutide study with live registry data, and the U.S. site footprint by state.

The registry sync hasn't run yet. Every retatrutide study on ClinicalTrials.gov — the TRIUMPH program and beyond — appears here with its phase, status, and site locations once it does. Meanwhile, browse studies directly on ClinicalTrials.gov.
How to evaluate a trial
- Legitimate trials never charge you for the study drug, and enrollment runs through the study site — never through a website selling "research" products.
- Check the study's status and eligibility criteria on its ClinicalTrials.gov record before contacting a site.
- Ask about randomization (you may receive placebo), visit frequency, duration, and what happens when the study ends.
- Discuss with your own clinician how a trial fits your treatment plan — including whether starting an approved medication now is the better path. See Should I wait for retatrutide?
