Updated Invalid Date

Where provider data comes from

Listings are compiled from public directories, official practice websites, Google Maps business data, and the federal NPPES registry where a clinician match is confirmed. Each listing shows a "Listing updated" date — the date our data for that listing last changed.

What the labels mean

  • Yes — the practice's public pages state this.
  • Not listed — we did not find this stated on the practice's public pages. It does not mean "no".
  • — — unknown.
  • Verified — reserved for listings whose claim by the practice has been approved. Everything else is compiled from public data.

Ratings and reviews

Star ratings and review counts are Google review data, shown with their counts. We compute derived statistics (reviews in the past year, how many reviews mention GLP-1 medications) and never republish review text.

Compliance screening

Every listing is screened against our standards: we flag and hide practices whose public materials suggest they sell, administer or refer patients to retatrutide, "research" peptides or compounded retatrutide. Flagged listings disappear from lists, search, maps, stats and sitemaps while under review, and excluded listings are removed. See what we don't list.

Corrections and claims

Practices can claim their listing from any profile page (with a compliance attestation), and anyone can report a listing from the "Report this listing" link on every profile. Material fixes are logged on the corrections page.

Data refresh

The directory refreshes from source data on a rolling basis; the status tracker updates within 24 hours of material regulatory changes.
