mikayla l.★★★★★2024-06-20GO SEE A DIETITIAN! I was referred to Rachael for eating disorder recovery and she was my saving grace. As a college student it can be to hard to find resources when you're surrounding by those in the same boat. Rachael allowed me to ease my way into seeing her, knowing I was against seeing a dietitian at first. She worked with my schedule and held me accountable, as well as always answered my messages whenever I needed her and we didn't have a session. I promise you, Rachael will become your friend and mentor throughout your recovery journey and practices what she preaches. She recognized that I took a big jump in coming to her and had already started recovery, but just needed a little help. After a year of seeing her consistently, she helped me ease back into normal life and always keeps lines of communication open for her clients, past or present. -Sincerely, a recovered anorexic/orthorexic
Sophia J.★★★★★2024-02-02I cannot accurately put into words the gratitude I have felt since finishing working with sustainable nutrition. Rachael changed my life. I used to feel resentful and ashamed of my body. Spending so much time obsessing over what I was eating and how my body looked. I felt sluggish and tired every day. Rachael helped me become confident about my food choices and take the pressure off how I feel about the way my body looks. I now understand my own body and how to tell what she needs. I feel so much healthier and happier. Rachel taught me the tools I need to take proper care of myself. Her compassion and kindness made for the most welcoming non judgmental environment and I looked forward to every appointment.
gina b.★★★★★2023-06-26I couldn’t be happier with my choice to see Rachael. I have dieted my whole life and now have the tools and knowledge to let all that go and trust my body. She has SO MUCH knowledge and I learned so much each session. Don’t hesitate to get started. She is WONDERFUL. ❤️
Penny Z.★★★★★2022-08-31Rachael is the ultimate professional, warm, respectful, very thorough, very smart. She approaches her work with compassion and humor. If you're looking for a truly different way of thinking about food, eating, your weight, and your body, her program focus on Intuitive Eating should be considered.
Valerie R.★★★★★2022-07-09I really enjoy working with Rachel. She encompasses the whole being to get to the root and to overcome eating disorders. Highly recommended!
